Coronavirus Response Plan

Coronavirus Response Plan

There have been increasing concerns surrounding the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and how businesses are altering their practices to ensure the safety of employees and customers while stimulating the U.S. economy. Detailed below is the Soulteria Coronavirus (COVID-19) Response Plan.

As of April 1st 2020, our plan is as follows:

WORKING REMOTELY, CONNECTING DIGITALLY:

Our web store is, and will remain fully functional during this time. We have upgraded our automations to minimize staff need to come into the office. This does however do away with our internal redundancies and limits our ability to approve last minute change requests to orders. Please ensure that you are double checking sizes, colors and quantities before checkout. Our team is continuing to work normal business hours and has the resources and tools they need to do their jobs remotely. Our Communications Department is working on drafting blog posts, reviewing blog submissions and writing our newsletter. Please feel free to contact the Support Department here for all general inquiries, matters regarding orders, delayed shipping or blog submissions/guest writing. We are here to support you with the best-in-class service you’ve come to expect.

YOUR HEALTH COMES FIRST:

We are encouraging everyone to comply with their state directives and CDC guidelines. Continuing to wash your hands, socially distance, and follow best practices are of the utmost importance to protect the health and well-being of yourselves, your families, and our community at large. After production quality checks, our swimwear is prepackaged in our compostable tapioca garment packages to protect from dust, as well as oils in the skin of people handling inventory. Normally this packaging is removed just when packing an order. At this time this packaging will not removed by our team and will be included during the packaging phase. Additionally, all exterior packaging of outgoing orders are being double sanitized prior to leaving our offices. We do still advise that all customers thoroughly wash their hands after handling outer packaging as we are not involved in the shipping process once items leave our offices.

TAKING CARE OF ONE ANOTHER:

We will continue donating a portion of our profits over the next month to organizations supporting the emergency response of this virus. Donations will be made to the World Health Organization COVID-19 Response Fund and Feeding America Coronavirus Response Fund.

We will continue to keep an eye on the situation and make further adjustments to our action plan if and when necessary. The health and well-being of our customers, team, and community are of utmost importance to us and will continue to be as we navigate these challenging times.
